About me

BEFORE STRATEGY, THERE IS ALWAYS A HUMAN RELATIONSHIP.

Director, strategist, entrepreneur, author and endurance athlete.

I’m Marc-Antoine L. Frenette [MALF], a multidisciplinary creator based in Québec. Since 2006, I’ve worked in advertising as a director, photographer and producer. I’ve spent more than 20 years turning ideas into messages, images, campaigns and stories designed to capture attention.

 

But my path has never been limited to advertising. I’ve always needed to build: stories, brands, products and projects. I launched a clothing company, wrote and directed a feature film, co-founded BRAVE Vision, developed an independent eyewear brand, and more recently created RESET, a personal project and book about returning to yourself, presence and reconstruction.

 

These experiences taught me that a good idea, a beautiful product or a strong image are not enough on their own. For a project to truly move forward, the offer, product, message, content, customer experience and business decisions need to work together.

 

This is where I now operate: at the intersection of vision, product, brand, narrative and the decisions that help move things forward with more clarity, coherence and accuracy.
